I have a Kenmore Model 82983110 washing machine. It fills, won't drain, agitate or spin. It does not hum. I would assume it's not the lid switch because unit agitates with the lid open when working. It won't drain so I'm ruling the motor coupler out??? Any direction is appreciated.

Well it is weird that it will agitate with the lid open, but I still suspect the lid switch. Bypass it and see what happens.

I bypassed the lid switch and have the same issues. Any help is appreciated.

You need to see if the motor is working. Take it off and test it and see what you can determine.
