Model Number: SAWX650MQ1 Brand: -other- Age: 5 - 10 years
The water level when filling is good however when it fills before the rinse cycle it comes out as a trickle, We checked the hoses they are okay. What could cause this to happen?

Since everything works good for the first wash cycle I would suspect the timer is not sending current to the valve assembly to open it up. Also check and see if it fills correctly on cold water wash. If not, the valve assembly may be the problem or there may be something clogging the cold water inlet.
