My HT Duet Sport washer stopped spinning recently, leaving me with soaking wet clothes. Any idea how to diagnose what is wrong? When I moved it out, I also noticed that the fabric softener that I had put in had not flushed through.

Inside the lower service panel are some tech notes that will show you how to put it into a diagnostic mode.

Focus on the door lock assembly which may be telling the control unit the door is unlocked when it is not, the pump and drain hoses which may be obstructed and the motor control unit.

Fabric softener is bad stuff (a waste of money in my opinion, but then my clothes have never been soft). It clogs. Check out the area and see if that is what happened with yours.
