A good possibility is your agitator dogs are worn, broken and no longer work. This is the easiest thing to check. First click on your model number that you have posted and it will take you to a parts diagram that will show you the agitator and its parts.
For the repair, remove the top of the agitator, then remove the nut (should take an extension socket wrench with a 7/16" socket), then lift out the dogs and inspect them. If they are worn or broken in any way, replace all and see if that solves your problem. If you are unsure of how to do this, search "agitator dogs" on this site and others. You will find a step by step guide. Good luck, and let us know if this solves the problem |
