Samsung Front Loader - will not drain
Model Number: WF317AAG/XAA Brand: Samsung Age: 1 - 5 years
My front loader will not drain. The pump runs but it will not expel water from the tub. I took it apart to insure there was no blockage in the tub tube, drain tube and took the pump apart as well. No blockage.
I ran the spin cycle and visually verified the impeller was spinning, but it would not expel the water. What is the problem? Is it the motor? or the pump? or something else i haven't thought of. Ads By Google Related Models
