Model: HAV4657EWW
Water initially fills up @ start of cycle but then doesn’t advance to next phase of cycle.
Sometimes if I unplug the unit for a couple minutes from the electric outlet and then plug back in it will start up again and finish the full cycle with no other issues.
Then sometimes it works without any issues at all?

Check out the lid switch. If it is the problem replace it, if it is not then the timer or some wiring problem is more likely the issue.
