Washer tub will not spin at any setting and has error code E4F for the Motor Drive. I have run thru the diagnostic guide but I am not sure if it is the motor or the drive controller. Any ideas as to what I should check. I have a multimeter but I am unsure which wires to test. Is this a common problem and what are the parts costs like?

The model number you posted does not come up. Is it an American model? Verify and repost it.

It is a Canadian model only. I have removed the motor drive and am trying to see if I can find what failed to see if it can be repaired instead of replacing the entire drive which is $230 Cdn.
