Maytag Bravo Quiet 300 (MVWB700VQ0)

problem started with a "jet sound" during spin. faster spin, louder noise. Then water was discovered leaking underneath the machine.
I took the back off for inspection. All pump hoses looked fine and were clear of coins etc..
I noticed a brown greasy substance on the rotor and as well as the lower inside edges of the case. (as well as on the floor).
I took the rotor off and found that brown grease all over the place. I also found evidence that the water was comming from that area.

see pictures.

Is there a bearing / seal I can replace?

all help is appreciated

thanks
