Hello, I am looking for some advice on my kenmore elite frontload washer model 11044836300. The machine is 6 years old and has been working fine until now. While running it developed a knocking sound then put out a code "F" . We followed instructons to clear code but it did not drain. Drum feels very loose. Please advise. Thank you.
