Looks like the spin cycle is not working. The tub once all water is empty out is very hard to turn.On the bottom of washer the belt is ok, looks like a motor on the left and right side. Not sure what is my next step. Is there a booklet that shows how to remove the to lid to get the tube out of the way to see what could be going on?

Lift the washer up from the front, remove the belt and check how freely the pump pulley (on the right) is moving in both directions. If there is any tension then the pump has to be replaced.
