Machine stopped in middle of rinse cycle. Received this info on screen Notice: A problem has been detected with this unit! Cleared that error message by pressing and holding the MY Cycles and BACK buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. In the more icon display the following message appreared: Clutch is not mechanically engaged with the basket properly. How do I fix this???

You may have to join, but there is no cost.
