Hi,

I made the mistake of trying to wash a queen size quilt. During the spin cycle, it started spinning violently (even with me sitting on the machine) and then it stopped. When I took the quilt out of the machine, there was a part in the tub. Can someone please tell me where this part goes & how to reattach it? I've added a jpg attachment with pictures of it. Thanks, Debby

Your lid switch broke, just order a new one on this site.

It goes on the right side of the washer top, look for the two mounting screws.
You will need to remove the control panel screws, tilt the panel back, remove the two riply clamps and the lid switch connector, then tilt the outer panel away from the washer.
