The Machine Will Go Through Its Wash Cycle, But Then It Will Not Discharge The Water, Spin. I Believe The Timer Control Is Not Functioning.

I would check the lid switch. A very common problem and easy fix for this washer. Search the internet for something something like "how to check lid switch Whirlpool washer" and you should find a video on how to.
