Timer
Model Number: mavt236aww Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
Replaced timer now when it advances to the spin cycle it will spin and agitate. What should I do?

If it is agitating in the spin cycle this suggest a problem with the transmission. You have a mechanical problem, not a timer issue.
And given the age of your machine, this suggests a new machine. Sorry for the bad news.
