I just replaced the clutch & Motor coupling on my washer. I did this because te washer would not spin all the time, only on small loads. After the repair, I watch a cycle with the lid off. I noticed when it did the first pump out after the wash cycle the backet spun during the pump out. When it did the pump out for the rince cycle it did not spin until all the water was pumped out. The rest of the cycles worked fine. Is this correct?

The transmission is supposed to go into neutral during the pump out, which is what it is doing after the rinse cycle but for some reason is not doing so after the wash cycle.
Hard to say what the cause is, since it work ok on the rinse cycle. I don't think it will damage the machine if you continue to operate and it may fix itself after a while.
