After I push the start button,water will start to flow for less than 5 or 10 sec.,then the washer will turn off.

Check the main control board for any burn't components. If you find one you will have to change out the board and the wax motors.

I checked the main control board and the 10 amp fuse is blown. What caused this ????

That is almost impossible to say, but change out the wax motors and see if you can get things running again. Failure of the wax motors on these models does affect the control board.
