Not the first time I've had to take it apart. Not the washers fault, really. There was a dime in the outflow tube.

Still, this time was a bit different. I was seeing a variety of faults: CE (communication error) SR (stuck relay) LD (long discharge) and... heck, there was something else, I'm sure.

Either way, I took everything apart and found TWO underwires from one of my wife's bras (34D. ;) )

Both were individually blocking the float balls. I've got them both out and when the washers cycles, it pauses at the 13 minute mark for express wash. Rinse but prior to spin. It finally give an OB (off balance) error and shuts down.

This happens with some clean-up towels in the wash or even empty.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately not much on the Out of Balance error.

You may have something that is not lined up correctly.

Try the diagnostics
I would check the plugs and receptacles on the boards for any sign of corrosion, often a light brown or grey coating.
Also check for proper crimping of the pins into the connectors.

You may want to try cleaning them
Unplug the unit
Clean the connectors and receptacles. Use electronics contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent evaporates.
Reconnect everything and give it a try.
