my washer tub spins in VERY wide circles and is VERY loose in the washer. I do not know which area to look for repair and/or parts. plese help if possible!:confused:

Take off the front cover by inserting a screw driver carefully in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release clips that hold the front on. You can now inspect the support rods and straps that hold the tub, and that is likely where your problem lies.
