Agitator Repair
Model Number: 20922990 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
The bottom agitator working fine. When the bottom agitator rotated to the left the top agitator would rotate to to the right, now the top agitator just spins. The machine is running fine and there can only be one way for the the machine to agitate. Please help me with this little problem. JR  Ads By Google Related Models

Hello Jr71fs. You will need to remove the cap from the top of the agitator and see if the dog gears inside are worn. If so, you will need to replace the cam kit. It comes with everything you will need to do the repair. Hope this helps.
