I have tried all that they said. Removed a lot of stuff from trap but it still doesn't drain. The pump runs. What could be wrong? Does this mean a bad pump or could it be something else?

If the pump is running and you removed a bunch of stuff from the drain hoses and pump and it still will not drain that suggests there is still more stuff to remove somewhere.

It could also mean the pump is broken inside of it, so check that out
