the cycle don't work but it spin ok, we changed belts.. but the cycle' still not working.. specialy when it's on permanent press after 10 seconds there's screaking sound and then there's smell like a burning rubber..
help please? is it on the motor problem or what?

Remove the front panel, run the washer and watch how it works. Post the results. The complete model number of the washer might help too.

well, everything is working but the the agitator is not working.. when the washer is closed after 10-15 seconds there's a screaking sound and like a rubber burning smell.. maytag model number is MAT10CSAAW and the serial A0105248 KB.. it's a commercial washer.

well, we already changed the belts and it still not agitating.. you think it would be the shaft, agitator is the problem?

It could be the pulley or transmission. It's hard to say and I don't like guessing. Read the manual and perform the troubleshooting.
