washer stoped spinning today, checked motor for codes but light is flashing normal. tried reset but still no use.

Operate it with the front panel off and see if the motor is turning and not the pulley, or if the motor is not turning. That will tell you where the problem lies.

If the machine is agitating then the motor should be ok, so that points to the control unit. If it will not agitate then check the fuse that is in line oin the wiring to the motor.

if the flashing light on the motor is blinking dosent that show the fuse is good and the power is geting to the motor?

Your right if the fuse is blown the light will not blink so you know your fuse isn’t blown. Do you know if it will agitate? If it won’t agitate or spin check the lid switch. If it will agitate but not spin then you may have a bad control. This page may help with checking the lid switch. HydroWave GE Washer Repair Guide
