Model Number: 110.18202790 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
About 7 days ago, at the end of the washing cycle I noticed the water was still in there it had not drained nor had the dial moved. At first since we were opening the lid to check on the clothes, we would then close it and it would finish the cycle. At first we thought maybe we had not closed it all the way. Now it does it every time. I have to move the dial to various spin cycles to get it to work. This is getting to be a longer and longer procedure. Any help.
