The FH code indicates two possibility(s).

A) No water entering the machine, so if the screens are clean, and the water is filling then thats not the problem.

B) the water level switch is not changing positions, when the machine is filling. You'll need to remove the top of the washer, locate the water level switch, on the right hand side of the cabinet interior, disconnect the 1/4 inch air tube from the switch and blow in it, to clear and debris inside the tube. and retest the washer for the code and operation.
