The washer will run through all of the cycles and the drum turns but when it gets to the final spin, it will not spin! Leaves the clothes sopping wet....tried changing the spin settings to maximum and fast as well as adjusting the load to be light, heavy, nothing - still will not work - any ideas?

Hello JennJones219. Remove the door lock assembly from the unit and test the resistance of the PTC. If it is open or shorted, you will need to replace the door lock assembly. This will prevent the machine from spinning in the spin cycle. It should read around 1500 ohms. You can test this with a multi-meter [AP3873826]. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
