The washer is just over 1 year old. When the washer fillswith water and dispenses its HE detergent, it often also dispenses the liquid softner at the exact same time. I've had a repair person look at to no avail. I can't find any information about the timing of the dispensing cycles but I don't believe the softner should be dispensed at the same time as the detergent. It reduces detergent and softner effectiveness.
