I have a Maytag TL washer. Model MAV6000AWQ. The clothes are particallly wet when done. Watching machine cycle with a load, the spin would gradually spin to around 3/4 of normal speed. Part way through, it slows down considerablely and finishs the cycle that way. Both spin cycles in color and white with a load do this. Delicate cycle spins OK (with load) the entire cycle. Weird. All cycles spin fine empty. So far I've replaced belt, adjusted the thrust bearing , cleaned and lubed the motor pads, and verified brake disengages when spin counterclockwise and tube spins free (empty) -thrust alignment verification. I watched belts and didn't notice any slippage even when spin RPM was low. I verified pump worked. It drained tub in 1-2 minutes. Might be transmission but why does delicate cycle ( loaded) and empty tub in all 3 settings work yet color and white don't. No unusual noises but transmission housing is warm near bottom. Is that normal? Thanks in advance

I would check the pump and drain hoses for any obstruction, and replace th thrust bearing unless you are absolutely certain it is not the problem.

The tub drains in about 60-70 seconds so I don't think the pump or drain hose would be the problem but I'll check There is no standing water in tub when spin cycle starts. The thrust bearings were replaces 1 1/2 years ago but I could put a new kit in and see what happens. Thanks
