Kenmore Front Loading Washer was attacked by a shoe, destroyed the shoe, and messed up the bellows. I'm trying to find a set of instructions on how to remove the bellows and replace them.

Unit was manufactured in 5/2003. It has been very reliable, and I'm hoping to find a way to fix it. I have loosened the clamps on the front counterweight, but it appears that I have to remove the front to get to the front of the drum???

Looking for a set of instructions, an excerp from a manual or a video.

Thanks in advance for any help that may be offered.

The manual available here may be of some use.
