Angry Washer buttons Stuck
Model Number: MAH5500BWW   Brand: Maytag   Age: 1 - 5 years

My maytag washer buttons light up when you open the washer but are stuck on Hot/Cold and Heavy Soil. We cant start it...use anyother buttons or do the service mode! Is this the membrane console or the Control Board? When the washing machine lights go out...you cant press start. You have to open it up to see any lights on buttons! HELP!!!
