How do I remove the knob on a roper washer timer? I have tried pulling but it won't come off and I'm afraid to break it.

In order to provide most accurate advise we need the complete model of the washer. The number you posted is a serial number.

I found out how to get it done. You have to push the button in and then hold the back out it and then pull the knob out.
