Agitator Problem
Model Number: KAWE57OBALO Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
The Agitator turns only one way. do I need to pull drum out and if so how do I do this.

Does the entire agitator only turn one way, or just the top half? The top half should free spin one direction, and lock when turned the other direction. Let us know what you are seeing so we can better assist you.
