Our washing machine agitator is only moving in one direction, when it tries to move the other way it sounds like the gears are stripped?

I removed the agitator assembly and nothing jumped out at me. The plastic gears that go onto the metal shaft appear fine, the "dogs" and the ring gear do looked worn, but I'm not 100% sure?

What part(s) do would I be looking to replace?
