The drum will not pump out before the spin cycle . It will try to spin with a full tub and the belt will slip and burn . Have put on new belts ,checked the pump and it turns freely ,the impellers are turning . The lid switch is in good working order. Just before the spin cycle it should pump the water out of the tub but nothing happens the motor does not run till it starts to spin . The timer moves through its cycles but it will not pumpout.
