Model Number: MHWZ400TQ01 Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Washer has a slow leak (drip) on the bottom left in the back of the machine. After noticing water on the floor after 3 loads, I dried the floor and watched the back of machine for another load. The slow leak did not start until 11 minutes were left to the wash. I finished the wash and then shut off the hot & cold water intake valves, but the dripping continued under the machine even after 30 minutes with the valves closed. What could cause this and can a do-it-yourselfer repair? Thank you.
