When started, water does not start filling and does not start agitating, different settings attempted, same results. I have taken apart the washer. I sense power going to the valve swithches and a blue wire going to the bottom of the washer, but it is just a probe and it does not measure voltage. It only indicates power for around 5 seconds. When I disconect a valve and measure voltage, it does not read anything. I tried disconecting the presure swith, it does not change anything. While connected, I applied pressure to the hose, and it does keep the door locked until the presure is released.

I am having trouble following what you are saying, but if power is getting to the valves, then the valves are the problem. If not then the main control is more likely.
