Recently our Maytag Neptune front load washing machine seems to have recalibrated its programmed settings for all wash cycles. The normal cycle with the added max extract ran approximately 53 minutes. Recently this same cycle has indicated 73 minutes for run time. The times changed for all cycles and did not reset itself when I unplugged it. Additionally, the cold water setting has the water running extremely slowly. The cold water trickles into the machine. Yet when we adjust the temperature to warm or hot, the water runs into the machine as it always has. The cold water hose is not kinked or plugged and there seems to be no reason for the water to run so slowly.

I would change out the main control board. Changing it out is about the only way to tell if it is the problem. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it, see the returns policy for details and conditions.
