strange ok when i pull the wash know nothing when i try to strat the dryer nothing heres the strange part when the washer is in the on position and the dryer is in the on position i turn the knob to start the dryer the washer starts to fill up
NOTE I replaced the control panel already

Sounds like something is crossed up in the wiring. You will have to track and trace it, looking for a short of some type. If you cannot find the problem you may have to try replacing the entire wiring harness.
