Tub turns continuously
Model Number: GLWS1339ES1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
We just bought this washer 'used' a couple of weeks ago. The tub turns counter clockwise all the time that its washing. It doesn't wash/rinse/spin good. Is it supposed to turn all the time? Thanks

The basket should be locked while the unit is agitating, the rotate during the spin cycle. If it is always turning, then the gearbox is in need of replacement.
