I was wondering how the basket is held on to the hub. I mean you should be able to spin the basket efortlessly, should you?

The basket i feel should be solid and not able to move, am i wrong? the agitator lifts up about 3/4", it's almost like all the bolts broke that hold the basket to the hub?
