Kenmore Washer Cold Water Dispenses Slowly
Model Number: 11028942890 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
During either the Wash or Rinse cycle, the cold water dispenses very slowy. The Hot water does not have a problem. I have replaced the hoses from the cold and hot water faucets, but no change in the problem.

Check the water solenoid for sand blocking the screen. Use a old toothbrush to loosen the sand, screw the hose back in half way, then briefly turn the water on, water pressure should drive out all the sand.
