Tub won't drain before spin cycle. I replaced drain pump. I can feel pump vibrate but won't empty tub.

OPerate it with the cover off. If the pump is working there is some obstruction in the hoses from the machine through the pump to the outside.

Thanks Sid you were right. I found that the discharge hose was blocked. My wife ran a load of old rugs with rubber backing. The rubber particles formed a nice dam in the elbow of the hose!!

Now am trying to get local parts store to take back unneeded pump. Wish me luck!!!!
