Frigidaire FTF2140ES washer does not spin at any speed setting. Tumbles normally during wash and rinse. Pump operates and drains normally during the spin cycle, but drum remains still (no attempt to spin).

Inside the lower service panel are tech notes that will tell you how to get error codes and do diagnostics. Focus on the speed/motor control board and the door lock assembly and associated wiring.
Good Luck.

Good Luck. Thanks for your input. The door latch was the problem. Bench testing of the wax motor revealed no movement of the plunger when energized, after giving it 90+ seconds to heat. I replaced the wax motor with a Maytag part# 12002535, and that solved the problem. Thanks again
