I have found the part to order only one is broke. But, there is a package with three that says you need to purchase the screw seperatly, that must be for a different model, I think? Are there instruction on how to repair the one for my machine? Model Number included?

About the best we can do is link you to an earlier version of your model. It should help.

Don't know why you cannot use the old screws.

Good luck
