Model Number: 110.22722100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
70 series kenmore does not appear to be drying clothes enough when spinning.. Can someone send me detailed instructions on how to remove clutch pack assembly on this model?? I was told to try 'cleaning' surface with sand paper and 'lengthening" spring??? Thanks

Go to www.applianceaid.com for info on this. Pull the tranny, remove the retaining clip and remove clutch. If a lot of oil on it from the tranny, you have a bad tranny.
If ok, remove the pad and spring from the clutch housing and add a few small washers to the spring retaining clip, should fix it as long as the spring is still retained.
