This washer will not pump the water out after the wash cycle. It is about 1/2 full and the clothes are wet. I have checked the water pump and the impeller seems to be free. I checked it with the wires unplugged and the continuity was ok. When put back and the power was turned on I get a message that a problem has been detected with the unit. If I press the help button nothing happens. I even reconnected it to the dryer thinking that might have something to do with it. It does not make any difference. This unit will not work at all. Where do I go now?? If I knew what to do I am sure I could repair or install what is needed as I am very handy with most all things. Your reply would be greatly welcomed. Thanks

Did you check the hoses from the tub to the pump and from the pump out?
Gene.
