My GE washing machine won't agitate or spin. LED light is flashing on and off at 1 second intervals so it looks like it is in stanby mode. Belt is in good shape as well. Any suggestions?

had the same problem ..and was told i needed a new electrical board , because on the installation they didnt install a part called siphon break kit 280129...
