Hi,

I have a GE washer model WCVH6260

I know that is incomplete, but the service manual does not give the last 4 digits

anyway, the search from your site comes up

The washer is not filling w/ hot water. I checked the inlet valve resistance as the service manual says. it is the in spec for both the cold and hot water inlet valves.

so I think that is OK.

so I searched "heater" . there is 2 parts that come up for all 3 searches

Heater
Part Number: AP3872827 made by GE

Heater thermistor
Part Number: AP3883987 made by GE

how can I tell if it is the heater, or the thermistor?

thank you
