replace basket on whirlpool
Model Number: lsn200jq1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I have to replace the basket on my whirlpool ultimate care II washer.
Is it worth doing and is it easy ? or any instructions available? replacement basket is approx $160 so would rather fix than replace washer. Appreciate any help thanks jkm Ads By Google Related Models

The basket isn't difficult to replace and if it saves some money, even better. You will need a spanner wrench (AP3538707) to get the nut off that holds the basket in place, but other then removing the cabinet, the agitator, and the tub ring, the basket will come out the top without much trouble.
