Washer washes OK, but has 2 problems: only spins and drains on one cycle; and is slow to fill with cool and cold water. Also its a little noisy.
Do you think it can be fixed, if so, what do I fix.

It might be worth hiring a pro to look at it, If the timer is bad(the reason it wont spin) it could be time to let it go!!!!

I would pull the timer cover off and look for burnt contacts. If so, check for availability on this site, just use the number printed on the timer, may not be available if your machine is rather old.
