machine is very out of balance on the rinse and spin cycle machine is level, have top cover off and have ft panel off, lookig at all parts and peice's avery thing is intact and tight, you can easly move the drum around too act as if it is in spin cycle. have not done any more .I'll retire for the night , any help will be good. thank you Tom.

This is a tough question to answer from afar, but run it with the front off and see if you can determine what the problem is. Sometimes the springs can be bad but that is not apparent from visual inspection, so watching it run may help the diagnosis.
